When the two-week free trial has ended you will be prompted to make a payment to continue using your Sirvoy account. Of course, you can also make a payment before the trial period expires.

Automatic refills are the easiest way to keep your service running with secure automatic payments. Alternatively, it is also possible to make one-time payments.

Automatic Refills

Activating auto-refill means that a chosen amount is continuously deducted from an added card whenever your Sirvoy account goes negative. You can at any time change the auto-refill amount.

To set up automatic refills, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Settings -> Your account -> Account balance and click “Auto-refill”.
  2. Switch “Enable auto-refill” to ON.
  3. Enter the desired amount or move the slider to select the amount you wish to top up your account with. If you top up for one year or more, you will even see a bonus added to your account.
  4. Click “Save and add card” to set up a card.

When everything is set, a pop-up message will confirm the activation of auto-refill.

Note: If the chosen amount is too low to cover any negative balance, e.g. due to SMS or Google Ads costs, the card will be charged with the required amount to cover the negative balance.

One-Time Refills

If you don’t want to activate automatic refills you can instead at any time make one-time payments to top up your account.

To make a one-time payment follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings -> Your account -> Account balance and click “Refill now”.
  2. Enter the desired amount or move the slider to select the amount you wish to top up your account with. If you top up for one year or more, you will even see a bonus added to your account.
  3. Choose payment method.

Account Statement

Once you have made your first payment, your account will be charged on the first day of each month. You can see all charges and also download your payment receipts and/or requested invoices under Settings -> Your account -> Account balance -> “Show account statement”.
