Whenever you receive a new reservation you can be notified by email. This applies to all reservations, whether they come from the booking engine on your website, from a booking channel or by the front desk.

If a reservation is made from the booking engine on your website, you can also receive a notification by text message (SMS).

To activate this feature and/or edit the email and phone number to which notifications are to be sent, go to Settings -> Booking engine -> Notification on new bookings.

It’s possible to add multiple email addresses, separated by a comma.
