Sirvoy will always send a confirmation email to the guest, if a valid email has been entered. The default template will be used unless you choose to customize it by creating your own template. Templates can also be created for cancellation emails.

  1. Go to Settings -> Languages & texts -> Email templates and click “Add new template”.
  2. Enter a name for the new template, for example “Booking confirmation”.
  3. In the drop-down called “Send automatically”, select “Use as booking confirmation”.
  4. Enter the text and the placeholders you want to include in the message.
